Let's face it, time is a thief. It seems that years come and go faster as we grow, and before we know it our cherished life moments become old photographs. This is why my job is so important to me. It truly is the biggest honor to document who matters to you, what matters to you, and wrap them into timeless memories.

I take a documentary approach to shooting wedding days. While traditional wedding photography typically involves more posed and formal photos, I focus on capturing your day as it naturally unfolds.
It’s easy for a wedding day to lose its core value. Its essence. And it can start to become more about satisfying others and getting the “picture-perfect” photos. When that happens, the day can quickly start to feel like a chore, a production or a photoshoot. In my personal opinion, that is the complete opposite of what getting married should be about. I want your photos to take you back in time. Where all of the emotions and happy memories come flooding back! I want to capture genuine, candid reactions that aren’t staged. Such as; The belly laughs where maybe too many teeth may show, but you were so. dang. happy. The hugs you held so tight as you embraced those most special to you. The many happy tears that roll down yours and your loved ones cheeks as you achieve a new milestone in your lives together. I want your photo gallery to tell your UNIQUE story from beginning to end!
However, if you’d like to step aside for designated couples photos I will gladly help guide you into natural prompts and editorial poses. Taking photos can be intimidating, I totally get that! With me, it truly is so easy to be in front of the camera. I promise, as long as you are willing to relax, have positive attitudes and trust me with the process, we will get INCREDIBLE photos together!
I’d like to also mention this is a safe space for all LGBTQIA couples. I believe love is love, and that is exactly what I will document for you!

The second we had our first consultation with Madison we knew she was the one! She is so personable and made us feel less stressed about our wedding day. My husband and I do not take professional photos... ever but when we had our engagement session, she made us feel like pros! Before our wedding day Madison helped us with our timeline and honestly answered and gave her opinion on almost everything wedding related that we asked. On our special day, Madison made it so fun, kept us on our timeline, made not only us but our families and wedding party feel special. Madison was absolutely everything we hoped for in a photographer and MORE. She was very organized starting with our initial meet-up through our wedding day, and was one of the few constants we could rely on while planning through the pandemic. It was so nice to know that no matter what our wedding day ended up looking like we would have beautiful photos to cherish forever! My husband and I had limited experience getting our photos taken professionally, so we were a bit nervous, but Madison has the most infectious energy and positivity that immediately put us at ease. We are at a loss for words at how incredible and professional Madison was throughout our entire experience. Not only did she give us the most amazing pictures we could have asked for (I mean we are talking magazine worthy images!) but she also was SO easy and fun to work with. Hiring Madison as our wedding photographer was the single best decision I made about our wedding. With her, you get so much more than just a photographer. You get a kind human who cares about you as a couple and not just as a client. Madison is organized and super prepared! She takes her role so seriously and is so great at communicating with you from the day you book to the day you get your photos back! Madison makes you feel so comfortable and at ease that getting photos taken becomes truly just a fun time. Like hanging out with a friend who happens to have a camera! When I look at our elopement and engagement photos from Madison, I think “that was such a fun memory" not just a good photo of us posing for a photo. Even my husband who really hates getting photos taken was like “that was actually really fun.” I never knew how important it would be to have good memories associated with our photos until Madison made that happen. Madison went so far above and beyond as a photographer! She helped us with the timeline for our day to make sure we got all the photos we wanted. When we settled on a sunrise elopement and I couldn’t find anyone to do my makeup at 5am, she hooked me up with an eyelash artist who got me in for lashes so I could do my own makeup but still have amazing lashes. She helped us pick out outfits for our engagement photos to make sure we were comfortable and coordinated. Madison truly became a friend.
